I am writing to formally report ongoing issues with the new management team at [Apartment Complex since the recent management change, residentsâincluding myselfâhave experienced repeated instances of unprofessional and discriminatory behavior.
Management staff frequently refuse to make eye contact or engage respectfully when residents bring up maintenance concerns. On multiple occasions, I have reported issues in my apartment, and while I was told they would be addressed, no action has ever been taken. The dismissive attitudeâoften including statements such as âI donât careââis unacceptable and unprofessional.
Additionally, the elevator in the building has been out of service for nearly two months. This has caused significant hardship for families, especially those with young children or groceries, as many of us live on upper floors.
This community is diverse, with many Black residents, and it is deeply concerning that managementâs behavior suggests racial bias and disregard toward us. I request that this matter be investigated promptly and that proper action be taken to ensure fair, respectful, and professional treatment of all tenants, as well as timely maintenance of essential facilities. The lady named Heather is very rude and disrespectful
